The quick gist
- Don’t steal or destroy our peoples creation without their permission
- Owner decision is final.
- If reporting griefing or stealing (not by pvp contact), report asap for a higher chance of recovery
- Whatever happens on your account will be seen as YOU
- We can remove access at any time, for whatever reason we see fit

– 1. All unwanted PVP contact is not allowed. (You may toggle with /pvp, and list players with /pvplist)
– 2. Stealing from other players is not permitted.
– 3. Destroying the creations of others is also not permitted. (AKA Griefing)
– 4. Begging for mod/op access will simply get you ignored and/or banned.
– 5. All Minecraft community guidelines are still in effect and MUST be followed.
– 6. If it isn’t in the rules and you think it might/is be wrong, do the right thing and dont ruin it for everyone.
– Breaking these rules will result in you getting banned!

– -| REPORTING |-
– If you find someone who have broke these rules, please report this to the server owner and/or mods. As well do the following:
– 1. If you were the victim of griefing (or believe that a area has been griefed), DO NOT build on or near (Including under/over) the griefed site as it will be rolled back to its previous state.
– 2. As well, if someone stole something from you, DO NOT put anything new into the chests (This will cause the items to be deleted once a rollback has happened)
– 3. All logs are due to be deleted after 21 days to save storage space, report ASAP to prevent the logs from deleted and evidence disappearing. (This DOES NOT mean that you shouldn’t report after 21 days, as we may still have logs as the process ISN’T automated)

– 1. You accept that your access to the server is purely VOLUNTARY AND the Server Owner reserves the right to REMOVE access at ANY moment and for WHATEVER reason they see fit.
– 2. Any donations (if received) are also VOLUNTARY, and you WILL NOT BE ENTITED to receive any additional benefits (Unless if promised in WRITING), or be allowed to command what happens in the server.
– 3. We reserve the right to add or remove ANY rules WITHOUT prior notice. (This will be often after incidents)
– 4. Any activity on your account will be seen as YOUR ACTIVTY. For your information, Impersonation CAN NOT happen, due to the server using UUIDs for identification.
– 5. We reserve the right to prevent usage of this server if you are using mods, X-ray texture packs, and any other additional content that can affact the gameplay of other players.
– 6. We reserve the right to collect logs for the purposes of maintaining a fair gaming environment. As well, all logs created are due for deletion after 21 days of creation. (THIS DOESN’T NOT MEAN YOUR CREATIONS ARE DELETED TOO)
– 7. If you DO NOT accept these conditions and/or Rules, discontinue use of this MC server at once.
